I live in the eatern suburbs of Melbourne with a tree view from my front door, well actually it's a mountain and when it gets cold it has snow on the top, which we all get excited, (we meaning hubby and my two boys). I started writing from an early age, stapled pages together and put them on mybookshelf amoungst my other books, in grade five my teacher made covers for a few books that I wrote, I wrote three and they will never see the light of day, yes I still have them. When I was about ten, I wrote a script and had my fellow 'brownies' act it out, it didnt go so well due to my lack of direction skills, not much of a film maker. I never thought that I could write for a living, it never entered my mind to be an author, but one day I had a story that persisted to haunt me like a movie reel in my head and I kept bugging my husband saying that someone should write a story, he said that I should do it. There the seed was planted, although I wrote I didn't seriously think I could be an author and that was over five years ago, it has only been this year 2012, that I have truly wanted to make it a career. So far I'm getting there.
