2012-11-25 Hi Gretchen, My novel, An Improper Situation, is set in 1880s fictional town of Spring City, Colorado, and then moves by train across the country to Boston, MA; thus, it has some flavor of the cowboy western in it, even more so in the as-yet unpublished sequel, which takes us back to Spring City, with an awfully cute cowboy and then on to San Francisco. I love this time period and researching life in the developing cities as well as in gold mining foothills of Colorado. Enjoying meeting readers and writers here at RNC.
